Day 3 – Using a Hand Position to Enhance Your Meditation

The mudra you learnt today is called the Gyana mudra. Gyana means wisdom. This mudra helps to bring out your inner wisdom and helps you to listen to what you already know. The knowing that you have in your gut and what you always knew in your heart – that’s what I’m talking about.

That’s intuition.

Intuition doesn’t come from your mind, it comes from the heart. As you add the hand mudra and continue to do the OM meditation each day, you will find that the inner knowing starts to become clearer. That inner voice starts to become louder.

Keep doing your daily meditation and you will surely see this start to happen. Remember, at least 5 minutes a day and no more than 10 minutes. That’s doable right? You can meditate once in the morning and once in the evening if you find the time.

Happy meditating!
