The secret trick to make your meditations super powerful.
This is a trick that will come really handy when you have an “off-day” and it feels like the last thing that will work for you is the meditation. When you use this trick, I guarantee that you will be able to meditate.
Remember your daily practice of minimum 5 minutes a day and no more than 10 mins. That’s easy, right? You can do 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening.
When you use this technique, you will be infused with positivity. What you are doing here is channeling the good feelings from a memory and infusing it into yourself through the meditation and breathing. This is extremely useful when something in your life or business is getting you down or stressing you out.
Also, today’s meditation is so special to me because it starts to use LOVE in the meditation technique. For me, being able to feel and harness love is the main aim of meditation anyway and this starts to introduce that concept.
