The other day, on my way home from work, someone sat down next to me on the bus and my whole body just froze up.
This person sat next to me, he was not carrying around good energy. I could feel it. I didn’t even look at his face but his energy was so creepy. The hairs on my arms were up and on guard, I had an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach and it almost felt like a cold temperature emanating from his body. I swear it was real!
This made me realize how important your body is and that it sometimes acts as a radar that is trying to alert you when something is not right in your physical vacinity. In another post I wrote about how I could feel jealousy in my body and where it was located told me the deeper meaning behind it.
Listen to you body. Your body doesn’t lie to you. If some guy gives you the creeps, so much so that your body goes into alarm mode, pay attention. Do what you can to distance yourself from the situation and get to a safe place.
