I am going through a bit of change lately in my personal life. The things that are changing are all factors out of my control but their effect on me is massive. It is hard to deal with changes like that so had to really think about how to best deal with these changes and I have come up with 3 tools to help deal with changes.

Number 1: Don’t resist the change.

Number 2: Remember that this is NOT the worst thing in the world.

Number 3: Have faith.
