Welcome to your 5 day meditation course!
By the end of this, you will know how to meditate completely on your own and have a daily meditation practice.
On each day, I will assign you homework! This is a real meditation course, it may be free, but it’s real and if you really want to learn this, you have to do the homework.
After this, you will have a daily meditation practice that you can do on your own, without any guiding necessary, without any mp3, so that you can meditate on your own, anytime, anywhere. Like a pro.
So bookmark this page and set a reminder in your calendar for the next 5 days to come back here and watch the lessons.
Now, let’s get started!
DAY 1
Learn a very basic meditation technique that involves the breath
The easiest way to get into a meditative state is by using your breath. In this lesson, you will learn the quickest, easiest way to do it!
DAY 2
Learn how to use a Sanskrit Mantra
Today, we will set the tone and calm us down into a meditative mood. And then, we will add the mantra “Om” to the breath.
DAY 3
Learn sitting positions and hand positions
Today, we will learn a hand position you can use during meditation, called a mudra. Mudras are often called yoga of the hands.
DAY 4
Super Powerful Meditations
The secret trick to make your meditations super powerful.
The technique we will learn today is my favourite one and it is so special to me. I use this principle in my own daily practice.
DAY 5
Bonus Meditation
Today, we learn the Hridaya Mudra to add to the meditation from Day 4. We are also doing the guided “Sending Love” meditation.
Are you a super meditator by now or what? YES you are!
Congrats on finishing this course, and I can’t wait to meditate with you either…
- coincidentally when we both happen to be doing our daily meditation at the same time
- maybe we will end up working together in a Family Constellation session and meditate together there – just contact me if you’re interested
- or in person at one of the events and retreats that I lead!
Either way, I hope you love meditating as much as I do. It really is the best thing in the world.
Love,
Ritu
