Hi, I am Sacha Marie and I live in Sydney, Australia.
I coach intelligent women though parts of their health and lifestyle that they’ve become stuck with. I shine a light into the corners of why they’re stuck and together we find ways they can move forward one small step at a time. Some of my client’s biggest breakthroughs have been around getting quality sleep, reprogramming emotional eating, developing self love and enhancing self confidence.

Putting myself out there in a very public way.
To launch your own business and website there is a certain vulnerability to making your self and life accessible to the general public. I found this incredibly challenging at times and I’m still working on balancing how much I want to share.
What this taught me about myself
In my personal life I am a no holds barred, very open person but I am working out where the lines need to be drawn with my public online presence and with my posts.
Some accomplishments from 2014 that I’m happy about
- Launching my website sachamariecurtis.com on my 31st birthday.
- Signing my first Health & Lifestyle coaching clients.
- Travelling a lot – France, China, Thailand, Perth.
- Completing my studies to become a Certified Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
- Stripping back my life to become more simple and inviting more balance in.

Get out some colourful pens and beautiful paper and create a list of Things That Make My Heart Sing. Put this list somewhere where you can see it and do something from it every day.
I did this recently and my list included: singing at the top of my lungs, having alone time, getting lost in a novel, floating in the ocean, soul chats with friends, the sun on my skin, hugging my love, yoga with a great teacher, looking at the trees and the sky, wearing bright rainbow colours and dresses that twirl.
My intention for 2015
To find my dharma, my true purpose in life. I feel like am very close with what I am doing at the moment, but not completely there.
In 2015, I am the Queen of Discovery.
